Just this afternoon I found out John has passed and my heart goes out to you and all of John´s Family.
I had the honor to serve with John when in HML-167 and deployed with him with HMM-261 Composite Squadron onboard USS New Orleans LPH-2 during 1973 /1974 crisis. I joined the Corps a year after him and he was a mentor and great Marine.
I lost track of him after I was transferred to the far east but often thought of him throughout the years.
Your entire family will be in my nightly prayers. May God Bless You and ease your pain.
Respectfully
I attached the aircraft John crewed for 9 months, if it flew John crewed it in Mediterranean deploy, War Alert. Clearing Suez Canal, MEDEVAC, logistics flights.

My dearest Danielle and family,

I am your cousin Suzanne from Ottawa, Canada. I am so deeply sorry for your loss. I have many great memories of John and Beverly, your wonderful parents. My fondest memories of all of you is when I went to visit your Grandma Jeannette when she was living in Bartlet, and I took my Mom for a visit. We had such a wonderful time and most of all was when your Dad took us to visit Graceland. I will always cherish this time in my heart. May God give you strength during this difficult time. Thoughts and prayers are with you. God Bless You.
Cousins from Ottawa,

I have countless memories of both of your parents. My favorite memory of Mrs. Bev was when she gave my only daughter her first sink bath when she was only 8 months old. Your Mom loved both of my children like they were her very own grandchildren.
Your Dad was always under the hood of my car. He never let me leave without checking the oil, my tires and making sure that I would be safe on the road as I traveled back home with my children.
Both of your parents were amazing, kind hearted humans and I will never forget them.

My heart breaks for Danielle and her family. The few times I was around John and Beverly, they were always so sweet and always having a good time. This pic was at Danielles wedding. Great memories!! You are in my prayers and thoughts.
