JB was a great of a person you would have ever wanted to meet, you are missed JB!

Thoroughly enjoyed our semi-annual visits via the telephone for over sixty plus years. JB always had interesting stories to share of bygone days and we kept each other up to date on activities going on in our lives. I will certainly miss his calls. JB was a true Southern gentleman with a generous heart. I was the beneficiary of many delicious vegetables he grew, tomatoes, sweet potatoes and black eyed peas among them. He shared a beautiful friendship with my mother, Elvis, and will be missed by our entire family.
