John Thiessen Obituary
He is honored and loved by his wife of 61 years, loving children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He is predeceased by his son Harvey Thiessen. He is survived by his wife Anne Thiessen, sister Susanne Montae, brother Ed Thiessen, daughter Marlene Enns (Melvin), son Al Thiessen (Maureen), son Johnny Thiessen (Tammy), son Tim Thiessen (Johanne) and daughter-in-law Linda Sportack (Michael), grandchildren Chad, Jackie (Trevor), Kylene, Nikki (Brad), Leanne (Alex), Alex, Dylan, Dakota, Wyatt, Cedric and Sarah-Jane, great-grandchildren Luke, Jakob and Rebekah.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, March 26, 2015 from 7-9 pm at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 2310 Clearbrook Road, Abbotsford. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, March 27, 2015 at 11:00 am at Woodlawn Funeral Home. Burial to follow at 12:30 pm at Maclure Road Mennonite Cemetery.
The family would like to thank the doctors and the nurses at the Abbotsford Regional Hospital for their caring hearts and hands. The family also is so grateful to our friends for their prayers and support through this difficult time.
