TURNER, John Henry ("Jack") In loving memory of our wonderful and devoted husband and father, the family of Jack Turner announces his passing on Thursday, the 11th day of February 2010, just two weeks short of his 89th birthday. Always a kind and good friend, Jack served his community and his country as a proud member of the R.C.M.P., the Army (Korea) and the R.C.A.F. He fostered in each of us who knew and loved him a deep appreciation for music, empathy for those who suffered, a sincere affection for animals, a great sense of humour and the confidence that can only come from knowing you are loved unconditionally. While his physical presence will be sadly missed, these gifts he gave so freely will continue to enrich our lives.
