It is with profound sadness that I convey my heartfelt condolences to the family of Col. Tuttle. I had the pleasure to serve under the "Major" while he was VMO-1 XO. It is a very rare occasion to meet a true gentleman who immediately warrants a man's respect and admiration, an example for which men should aspire. A true leader. I will never forget the Colonel.
