John F. Van Sant III

Fun going to Del Tech when he was teaching, great stories.

Mr. Van Sant was a remarkable man who left quite an admirable legacy. I wished I had met him earlier known him longer but the short time I had, I could tell he was a talented one-of-a-kind who had spent HIS time with us well.

Lt. Vansant was a great supervisor in the Intelligence Div and at the same time a great friend. So many Troopers wanted to be just like him and have his intrigidy and class. He will be dearly missed at the anual Blue Mass. Rest In Peace my friend. Terry Tasker 4295

I will miss you John, you were like a father to me and I a daughter to you. Thank you for all the memories we share and the time we spent together...I will miss seening you but you will always be in my heart.

Rest in Peace Lieutenant. I can still see you standing in class at the old Del Tech College on Northeast Blvd...
