wow..totally shocked.. we were friends thru high school and kept in touch over the years..lamenting the bad fortunes of the white sox and chicago teams... he will be forever missed by many...till we meet again

Condolences to the family. I remember many games of risk, softball, kick the can. John was one of us who grew up in Schiller Park and hung out on Emerson Ave. This is going way back, I believe John and I did a duet in band in 3rd grade. We had lots of good times as kids.
