Linda, My Prayers are with you, I got to know you and John making coffee. Always enjoied the visits we had and I considered him a good friend, he always had a smile and a kind word.
I'm so sorry he had to move to Heaven so soon.

I have known John Clark all my life. He was always a kind and gentle person. I cannot think of a nicer person with whom to share my birthdate. He will be missed by everyone who knew him.

My prayers are with you and your family at this time. John was a wonderful man. About four years ago, I was down on my luck, going through a divorce, no job and my water line broke in my front yard. I had no money to fix it. At the time I was attending Crescent Valley Baptist Church, John found out what had happened and showed up at my house one morning with a backhoe and Bob Stitchcomb, they worked diligently all day to replace the water line. They didn't charge me anything and said I owed them nothing. I can not tell you what that meant to me, it restored my faith and hope. It made me realize just how caring people can be. It gave me a reason to get out of bed everyday and face all that I was enduring. John was one in a million. I will never forget what he did for me that day. My children have not forgotten what he did for us that day.
