John WISENER Obituary
John joined his father, Ira, on October 28, 2014. John was a valiant warrior, and a loving man who cherished his family and friends. John will be remembered by Patsy, his wife of 43 years, Katherine, his beautiful daughter and her husband Jeff Boyes. He is survived by his mother, Verna, four sisters, Betty Campbell (Ken), Patricia Prystupa (Frank), Iris Scribbins (Wayne), and Carol Crowfoot (Steve) as well as many nieces and nephews. He was small in stature, but had a big impact on many and his strength and determination was inspirational. He will be dearly missed and remembered. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m. on November 8, 2014 at The Penticton Golf & Country Club, Penticton, B.C. Memorial tributes may be made to the Oncology Department, Penticton General Hospital. Condolences may be sent to the family through

Patsy, my memories of John go back to our days at the Bank and of curling and the (odd) parties with friends. John was always ready for a good time. Too young, too soon.

To the Wisener Family,
Wally and I were so sorry to read about the passing of John. It is such a difficult time for all of you. We will always remember him as our good looking, fun loving friend from high school. St. Mary's Boys' and Girls' memories are fondly in our past but often in our thoughts.
Mrs. Wisener we spent many days at your home and still remember the fun, food, and your kindness. Thank you. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this time.
