Johny Michael Smutny of Davison, age 64, died Monday July 29, 2019 at his residence. Honoring his wishes his body has been donated to science, with his ashes being buried in Great Lakes National Cemetery at a later date.
Johny was born in Flint Michigan on January 19, 1955, the son of the late; George & Jane (Marzek) Smutny and has resided in the Davison area for many years. Answering the call of his Country Johny proudly served in the US Navy, and had been employed as a truck driver for many years.
Surviving is brothers George M. Smutny, Terry and wife Elizabeth Smutny, and a host of extended family. He is preceded in death by son Jeffrey in 2016. Please share your condolences at www.hansenfuneralhome.netÂ
