Having lunch with my friend Carole kotkin, found out that Jonathan had passed.
My most sincere condolences to his family and friends, I worked with Jonathan and Michael Chiarello at the Grand Bay Hotel, and even though such a long time has passed I never forgot how impressive was to have worked with such a talented professional, I knew then that he was going to leave a mark of greatness. This is a late post but I can only wish the family deepest sympathies.

I was shocked to read of Jonathan's passing on my internet. I worked for Peter Lewis managing his Aspen home many years ago. At that time, Jonathan lived in a separate part of their lovely home and on occasion I also helped Jonathan for functions at his home. I will never forget how great a guy he was and how easy to be around. I send condolences to Ivy and the entire Lewis family. Reading all that he accomplished over the years after I was working with his Dad, I really am not surprised at his strength and devotion toward so many goals he achieved throughout his life.

My sincere and deepest condolences to the entire Lewis Family. Ivy I was so saddened to hear of Jonathan's passing. I have fond memories of working for your Dad and getting to know the entire family. I'll never forget being in Aspen with your Dad and Jonathan was there also. He had his Fat Boy Harley Davidson motorcycle there and he graciously offered it that afternoon to let me ride up into the mountains there in Aspen. I've never forgotten his kindness and or the kindness from all the Lewis Family. My deepest sympathy.

Funny memory of John. While attending Byron Jr High, I was over at John's home one day. He introduced my to his mom. "Mom, this is my friend Peter Lewis". Her reaction, "yea right". My condolences to the Lewis family. Pete Lewis, class of 76.

Where do I begin. I met Jonathan at Boston University our junior year of college and we quickly became inseparable for many years to come. He meant the world to me and had a major impact on who I am today. He was one of a kind, brilliant, generous and that smile could light up a room. The world has lost one incredible human being. My heart is broken as I am sure so many others feel the same. I will cherish my
Memories and there are so many.

My condolences to the Lewis family.

I made the jump from issue advocacy into partisan politics because of Jonathan Lewis and Paul Yandura´s belief that young voters were the core of change for the Democratic Party. Forever grateful in Jonthans belief in us-that we were not well connected or powerful in the traditional sense...but we shared an unwavering commitment to make change and pull together unlikely alliances to challenge naysayers. -Jane Fleming Kleeb
