Jonathan P. Doerr

JONATHAN DOERR Jonathan P. Doerr, 47, of Henryville, died March 2, 2012, at Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia. He was the husband of Carolyn L. (Liptak) Doerr with whom he would have shared three years of marriage May 24th. Born February 10, 1965 in Norristown, he was a son of Donald H. and Elizabeth H. Doerr of Ambler. Jonathan worked as an alarm technician at Vector Security for over 25 years. He attended Calvary Bible Church in East Stroudsburg. In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by two sons, Andrew Doerr and Michael Doerr, both of Henryville; a step-daughter, Corinne Morris-Skidmore and her husband, Robert Skidmore of Henryville; a grandson, Darien Morris; a sister, Jennifer Vasey and her husband, John, of Harleysville; two brothers, David Doerr and his wife, Cindy, of Delaware Water Gap and Stephen Doerr and his wife, Amy, of Harleysville; and six nephews. There will be a viewing from 7 to 8:30PM Friday, March 9, at Calvary Bible Church, 9 Three-Points Garden Road, East Stroudsburg. The funeral service will begin at 10AM Saturday, March 10, at the church. Burial will follow in Prospect Cemetery, East Stroudsburg.
