Marcy (Brindle)Schelly, Chesterfield Virginia,
Cary, Gen, Austin, John, Mrs. Dunlap,
My deepest condolences. I am so sorry for your loss. I remember your dad while we were growing up; he was a peaceful, hard working person who never interfered with our little dramas. Like an eternal lotus leaf, it rolled off his back! Mr. and Mrs. Dunlap modeled and fostered a loving home where you could grow and discover independence and acceptance. I often think of them now with my own family. After graduation, I had the opportunity to meet up with Mr. Dunlap at the Hideaway/Venango Trail where I tended bar for a while. He was a man with great talent for golf and spoke few words, but when he spoke it was with wit and wisdom. He made me laugh and think. Everyone always enjoyed his company and never once had I heard him say a sour word on anyone. A loss for us on earth but a gain for our Father's kingdom. My prayers and thoughts are with you all XOXOX.
