Jonathan Frampton Obituary
FRAMPTON, Jonathan Edward Taylor December 7, 1983 - November 4, 2010 It is with great sadness that we, the family of Jon Frampton, announce his passing after a short but courageous battle with cancer. His love of life and sense of humour will be missed by his father Gordon, mother Alice, brothers Russ (Jolene) and Mike (Janice and Brody), aunts, uncles, and many cousins. He is also survived by his grandmothers Patricia Emel and Lolly Frampton. His soul mate and wife-to-be Tracie Begbie will cherish the memories of her loving companion. Those who knew him on and off the field or diamond will miss his wit and sportsmanship. The many other friends and coworkers whose lives were touched by this wonderful, loyal, and energetic young man are too many to name here. In lieu of flowers, please help the fight for a cure by making a donation in Jon's name to the Canadian Cancer Society. A Celebration of his Life will be held at Valley View Funeral Home, 14660-72nd Ave. on Sunday, November 14, 2010 at 11:00am. Our loss is heaven's gain, Jon, as you go on to play for a higher team.

Jon was a genuine person who was warm and kind. I didn't know him for very long but his life impacted me in a positive way. I am devastated that he is gone and I give my condolences to his family, friends and partner Tracie.

Alice, Gord and Frampton Family:
We are all still in shock over the loss of Jon. Remembering him since he was in Kindergarten and all the way through Grade 12. Plus the time on the soccer field. He was always respectful and cheerful and nothing seemed to get him down. Though we have not seen him in several years we heard he was doing well in his life. Unfortunately not able to fulfill his dreams, he will be greatly missed by so many. Thoughts and prayers to out to you all at this difficult time from the Wicks Family.

Ode to our Jonny
We’ve written this poem to honor a man,
Who lived his life fully in such a short span.
With an exuberant nature he was richly endowed,
We’ll all miss his voice so boisterous and loud.
Although no longer seen his presence still hovers,
And he’ll always be part of the threesome of brothers.
With Tracy his partner their future was planned,
Why life took this turn we can’t understand.
To Gord and to Alice many thanks for your son,
