Jonna Ruth Loggans

Jonna Ruth Loggans BRISTOL, Va. Jonna Ruth Rivers Loggans, 83, passed away Thursday, May 17, 2012, in the Johnston Memorial Hospital, Abingdon, Va. She was born in Lee County, Va., on March 4, 1929, a daughter of the late Dr. Samuel H. Rivers and Verta Robbins Rivers. Jonna was a graduate of Virginia High School and Sullins College, and was for many years an active member of the Worldwide Church of God. Jonna is survived by her daughter, Melissa Loggans, of Waynesboro, Va.; her son, Jonathan Loggans, his wife, Debby Loggans, of Abingdon, and their daughter, Deborah Len Miller; sister, Mary Ann Wilson, of Bristol, Va.; and nieces, Sherie Wilson and Diane Puckett, of Roswell, Ga. The family will receive friends from 4 until 6 p.m. Sunday, May 20, 2012, at Blevins Funeral Services. The graveside service and interment will be conducted at 12 p.m. Monday, May 21, 2012, at Lee Memorial Gardens, Pennington Gap, Va.
