My dearest Father-in-Law, it was my honor to have known and shared in your life's journey for the past 17yrs. Though I could not be present at your viewing or funeral, you were in my heart and I know you were with your grandaughter.

Omar was a man who lived life to the fullest, worked hard to provide the best for his family first, then himself. His home and heart always an open to family and friends. Omar impacted many lives which explains the mass of people who showed the day of his funeral to say their goodbyes. He taught us to dream big and always strive to be the best at whatever it is we are doing. Omar was a believer in the afterlife and we know we will see each other once again. This world is a darker place without you here, but you are still in our hearts and in our thoughts daily.

Omar will be in our hearts forever. He and Mrs. Loeza made us feel like part of the family not long after moving to Chula Vista. He gave us the most beautiful driveway and kitchen floor on the street. He was also the closest to a grandfather our boy will ever have. Wish you were here to see your new granddaughter.
