What can I say about my Dad .... He was and will forever be my Hero. He was a gentle giant with a heart of gold. Always willing to help whoever needed it. I am beyond thankful of everything he thought me in these 54 yrs I had him in my life. Dad, I will miss you tremendously, but I am happy because you are now home resting and with Tati, Nani & Tia Emma. You will forever live in my heart ❤ and dont worry, Mom and your kids are doing well. Till I see you again. Apa, lo voy a estrenar mucho!! Descanse en paz, todos estamos bien. Siempre vivieras en mi corazón ❤ Lo quiero mucho, esta que nos veríamos otra vez

We came into the family in 81 and at that very first time Tio Chemel had always opened his arms and heart to us. He never made us feel like we were step nieces. He always treated us and gave us much love. Every time we saw him he always made sure to ask how I was doing. You can see the love in his eyes that he had for his family. I'm truly blessed to have had the opportunity to spend Saturday night with him. Loved his smile and his love for dancing. My Tio was an amazing father to his children my cousins. Tia Lina my heart is broken into a million pieces as I know what journey you are about to embark on. My love for you Tia always. My cousins Rosina, Adriana, Chemo, Lisa and Carlos my sincere condolences to you all. I love you all very much.

My Father was a hard-working man for as long as I can remember. He loved gardening and taking care of his precious yard. There wasnt a day that went by where he didnt take the time to move a plant, trim a tree or bush, cut his grass, water his yard or rake some leaves. He was very proud of his work and constantly shared with me his achievements. He did this till the last day before God took him from us and asked him to rest.
I will cherish the times I spent with him and the great advice he always gave me. I will forever miss his voice, laughter, humor, smile, presence, and his love he had for me.
These last few days have been extremely hard for myself and my family, but I know he loved us all, with his big heart, to the very end.
Though his departure hasnt been easy, its made it a little easier knowing that so many people, who knew him, have shared with me their thoughts about my father. Everyone has expressed how my father affected them in a special way.
I praise and thank God for allowing him to be a part of my life for 51 years and Im extremely grateful he was a part of everyone elses lives for 80 years.
I will never forget him and he will live in my heart FOREVER.
I will always and forever Love you Dad, Mi Viejito, Pata Loca y Padre! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being you and making me the man I am today. I will never forget you and will miss you tremendously.
I know that you are in a better place now and when you arrived in heaven on Wednesday you were greeted by your Father, Mother, sister Emma and all who went before you.
May you forever rest in peace.
With all my heart, your son Chemo/Jose Jr./Joseph
