Jose SOUSA Obituary
On October 9, 2012, Jose Paiva Sousa of Edmonton passed away at the age of 83 years.
Jose is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Agueda; one son, Jose (Martha) Sousa; five daughters, Alzira (John) Melo, Goretti (Edison) Iturriaga, Eduarda (Zeca) Freitas, Fatima (Joo) Rodrigues and Agueda (Frank) Terry; fifteen grandchildren, nine great- grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. Predeceased by father, Jose S. Ferraz and mother, Alzira P. Branco; one sister and three brothers.
Prayers Sunday, October 14 at 5:30 p.m. at Our Lady of Fatima Roman Catholic Church, 12311 - 55 Street.
Mass of Christian Burial Monday, October 15 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Fatima Roman Catholic Church. Reverend Augusto Garcia pss officiating with interment in St. Michael's Cemetery. In lieu of other tributes, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Alberta, NWT & Nunavut, 10985 - 124 Street NW, Edmonton, AB T5M 0H9.

Senhor Jose was one of the nicest gentlemen I have ever met. There wouldn't be a day that went by, that he wouldn't stop in at his local shopping centre and say hello. Please find peace and comfort in your hearts!!
