Jose Manuel Lopez Valencia, 81, passed away February 13, 2023. Jose was born on June 2, 1941. He was retired from Arizona Western College on March 10, 2007 where he worked in the maintenance Department. He served as a Deacon for 21 years at St. Jude 's Thaddeus in San Luis, Arizona.
Jose was married to Ramona D. Lopez for 59 years. Together they raised 5 children, Miguel ngel, Marina Dominguez, Jose Manuel, Juan Manuel , and Ramon Lopez. He had 12 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Memorial service will be held on March 9, 2023 at Desert Valley, 138 N. Avenue B., Somerton, AZ. 85350 from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Mass will be on March 10, 2023 at 10:00 am at St. Jude's in San Luis, AZ, Catholic Church, 984 Main St., San Luis, AZ. 85349.
