I didn't get to know BJ that well until I moved back to CT. Connie and I have been best friends since the Clark Lane days. BJ was always in a good mood, always around for advice, or to come over and fix something. He even helped out with our cat shelter, Compassion For Cats Of New London County. If we needed help with something big if asked, he'd help. I was happy to assist BJ & Connie with getting 2 cats from the shelter, and they gave BJ so much love and fun! He's an original "Good Guy," and there's not many left!

Bill, you were always so kind, and I enjoyed our talks, especially your stories about your grandchildren, which brought me joy to see the happiness they brought you. May you rest in peace . You will be missed . my thoughts and prayers to family and friends.

Mr. Adamowicz was one of my beloved Boy Scout leaders for many years as a kid and I am forever grateful for what I learned from him. He was boisterous and deeply kind, but firm in his guidance. I sincerely hope he understood the impact he had on every kid he saw through scouting. lThis summer, I will prepare a garbage can turkey in his honor. Rest Easy Mr. A.

So sorry for your loss. BJ worked with my husband at Stop & Shop for many years. They shared a love of NASCAR racing and attended a number of races together. They also shared a love of good food and good friends. He will be missed.

I have no words to even express my thoughts and sadness. My deepest sympathy to you all. Too many memories and happy stories. BJ is one in a million. He introduced my kids and me to garbage can turkey, which became one of our favorites when BJ came to town. Rest well BJ.
