He is survived by his mother Caroline, loving wife Diane, daughter Alexandra, son Nick, daughter in law Lauren, granddaughter Sienna and sister Caroline.

Born on August 9, 1960, in Ridgewood, New Jersey, Joseph embarked on a journey that would see him touch the lives of many across various spheres. A graduate of William Paterson University, he carried the lessons learned into every aspect of his life, enriching the lives of those around him.

Joseph's voice resonated in the world of boxing, where he was not just an announcer but a cherished member of the community. His contributions went beyond the microphone; known as 'Generous Joe', he donated all of his ring earnings to support those who had suffered in the sport, embodying the spirit of giving and compassion.
