Only know Joe since September bringing the autistic kids to the Arts and Humanities school. We always joked around about the weather and such. Great guy! He will be missed. Rich Starrick. He probably knew my father Ray who grew up across from Hornicks gas station.

Uncle Joe, you have always been there and such a huge part of our family. Things will never be the same. I will miss you more than words and I will always be here for the boys. Family always first. I love you, always. Please give Aunt Janice, Granny and Pappy kisses. Keep watch over the boys and all of us. Until we meet again.
