I remember meeting Tommy when I moved to Boston. Going to his football games. What a handsome man. Then seeing everyone at the huge family gatherings at Thanksgiving and other holidays. Then meeting him many years later in 2011. He looked so much like my Grandpa Halloran. I was told I looked like Grandmother Halloran, but older. I am sorry we were not closer growing up. My sincere condolences to all of his family. My Love, First cousin Kathy

A sad day it is; Joe was bigger than life and this obituary is masterful in capturing his essence. The best of Joe included the love for his wonderful children; real, unforce. A unique lovable character he was. RIP
