I worked at Bulgers for months before their closing of the business. Joe was quite a man. Sorry to hear of his passing

Joe Bulger was a good business man and business friend. I enjoyed our meetings every time we were together. He, truly, knew how to run a dealership, and showed that to all of us daily. He will be missed.

My family came to know Joe and Hazel through the Catholic Care Center. Hazel
was with our parents, Don and Dolores Leonard, in the Meadows. Joe was so sweet and caring of Hazel, whom he obviously adored. Most recently Mom was across the hall from Joe in Sunflower, passing away a few days after he did. Our hearts go out to your family. God be with you.

My what a large family we were lucky to grow up in. Aunt Hazel and Uncle Joe were not only a beautiful couple , but showed how beautiful they were by the fun and love they showed all of us cousins. We are so sad to hear of Uncle Joe's passing

Dear Bulger family, I am so sad to read of your fathers passing. He was a true gentleman and somewhat of a friend to me. I found out as a kid that he attended Magdalen parish, as did our family. Tom, my brother, (James) Greg, was in your class. Your father would take me quite often and show me his Cadillac & Oldsmobile promotional model car collection displayed behind his folding doors at his dealership. My mother, Patsy was in the same guild with your mother.Your father was kind of like an uncle to me. Joe was a good man and he will be greatly missed. May God bless you all at this sad time and always. Deep regards, John Evans

Rest Joseph, until you hear at dawn,
the low, clear reveille of God.

Thank you for your service to this nation.

Dear Bulger family,

I was so sorry to learn of Joe's death. He was an amazing business man, with a wry, dry sense of humor. Loved him!

His spirit is represented in each one of his family members.

Know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers.

I'm so glad I got to see Uncle Joe recently. He and Aunt Hazel were always so kind and caring toward me and mine. He looked wonderful when I saw him. One of the staff took our photo with my phone, and he asked me to send him a hard copy when I got back home, which I did. I'll miss him. My sympathies for the family in your loss. Thoughts, love and prayers, Maureen
