Joe was the best neighbor we could have ever hoped for! Our 3 year old daughter loved him SO much, he was SO good to her. Joe would bring out his bunnies for our daughter to play with, would watch whatever movie she wanted outside on his projector, joe was always patient and kind to her. We are so sorry to hear about his passing, and he will be very missed by us and our dog!
