Joe, you left me with countless memories over the years. I have treasured them all. We may not have seen each other in years but I never forgot you. Thank you for your friendship. My deepest condolences to your family. I worked with Joe at Brick Plaza on the Garden State Parkway.

Joe was a gentle soul and a wonderful cook. He fed many of us at Monmouth College when we had no money to buy meals. He would cook the most amazing veal for a bunch of his friends in the Blue Grenadiers rifle drill team, which he led. He and Carol were blessed to find each other and build a wonderful life together. Deepest condolences to Carol and the entire family.
