Mr. Celes was my Small Engine Repair Instructor at Vocational Technical HS from 73-76. He was a tremendous teacher who cared for his students. My condolences to the Celes family and my thanks to Mr. Celes for sharing his knowledge and skill as well as friendship. May your soul rest with with God eternally.

We have long been part of the family and sincerely love the gatherings that Joe and Dewi always put out in fiesta style. We admire the closeness of his daughters, who are so much connected like glues to one another. This is quite a long time for his loss we are sorry to hear. It seems like yesterday you were here at my house having a variety of Chamorro dishes cooked up just for you and auntie Dewi. Whatever you craved, my parents made every effort to cook it every time you came here. We seen you laugh at all the jokes and stories told while you were here.
