Joe was a mentor for me with some commonalities. Biking with Joe afforded many times to talk. When my late wife died we shared the losing of a wife and
he helped me thru that process of grieving. He and I were often in the slower group as we finished the ride. Both of us were Korean vets, and married on the same day of July fifteenth, 1956.
