Joe was a lovely man always chased us out of Arndale when shud have been at school. Funny how he still remembered me years later and always spoke. Rest in peace your truly an Angel

Such a loveley man goin to miss seeing him and him giving me a cuddle you will be dearly missed lots of love to your friends and family love from me and gee

This gentleman always had a smile on his face and would often stop me and check to see how I was doing, he was there when I was a kid telling us off for putting washing up liquid in the water fountains and there to see me as a mum chasing my toddler around. I will always remember him. Thinking of all the family at this sad time. Xx
