Joseph Paul Curto Sr.

Joseph Paul Curto, Sr., age 83 of Windsor Mill, passed away on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at his home. Born March 18, 1937 in Washington, DC, he was the son of the late Paul A. and Ethel V. Jones Curto. He was the husband of June Elaine Curto of Windsor Mill, his wife of 61 years. He had been a sales manager in retail sales and worked with his son at Carpet Palace Corporation. He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Marines. He was an active member of First Baptist Church of Eastport in Annapolis. Surviving in addition to his wife are sons and daughters-in-law Joseph Paul Jr. and Sharon Curto, Michael M. and Susan Curto, David Wayne Curto, and Robert Matthew Curto, grandchildren Joseph Paul Curto III, Ashley Nicole Curto, Jessica Lynn Covino and her husband Robert Steven Covino, Justin Michael Curto, and Steven Kenneth Curto, loving great grandfather of Callie Elizabeth Covino, sister Lillian Mary Curto Embrey, brother and sister-in-law Paul A. and Mandy Curto, brother-in-law and sisters-in-law Robert and Delores Bryant, and Catherine Jean Bryant, godson Donnie Matthew Bryant, niece Bonnie May Karp, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was predeceased by his son Daniel A. Curto, and by his sisters Catherine M. Heitz and Barbara Ann Miller. Services and interment will be private. A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
