Just discovered on the internet that Joe had passed away.
Sadly, I wanted to notify him that his good friend and my husband, Dan Pastor, died this past May 14, 2021. They went way back to 1961 when both were field service engineers on the Atlas missile project at Vandenberg AFB in Santa Maria, CA. Both men left there at the same time and went to work for North American Aviation - Joe to Downey and Dan to Anaheim, then to Palmdale. Our families became great friends. Sincere condolences and love to all of Joe's family.

Joe was my boss at Rockwell International in Downey from 1974-1980. He was more than a boss, he was my friend and someone who would listen to me. I am so glad we had remained friends after he left Rockwell. My thoughts go out to Dennie, and his three wonderful children. He will be missed but never forgotten.

Ralph, June and I are very sorry to hear of the passing of our cousin Joe. We have fond memories of the Panucci side of the family getting together whenever Joey came to visit Connecticut. Our sympathy to his wife and children.

I am so sorry for your loss. I met Joe as a member of a NASA Commission and worked with him for over 20-years. He was a great mentor and friend. I had hoped to see him at JSC in two weeks. I will raise a glass to him with our team in Houston.

Hey Dean, I'm very sorry to hear about your Dad's passing. I didn't know him personally, but I sure know who he was, and what he brought to the table for our industry. Thoughts and prayers are with you and your family - Chris Larson (from Orbital)
