To Joe Jr and the family of Joe Engbrock Sr:
My congolences and prayers are with all of you at the loss of your great Father. I met and knew him and Joe Jr at McDonald's. We have had great times together just hanging out. He was a wonderful friend and father to all of you. Joe Jr. I wish you the best in your endeavor of adjusting to life without your Dad. You will be able to remember all the fine memories you have of your father which will certainly help you in your grief. You will miss him but you can take heart in knowing he is at rest now and is having a better quality of life in the arms of God.

I feel so blessed to have such a wonderful father! I am very thankful and I really do appreciate that. Thank you for teaching me right from wrong, Thank you for being there all throughout my years of growing up. Thank you for sending me to Queen Of Peace Catholic School from first grade through fifth grade. I am glad that I didn't take a Driving Course at the Driving School when I wanted to learn how to drive. I am so thankful that you taught me how to drive. Daddy, you are my Hero. I wouldn't be the person that I am today if it was for you and I just wanted to say Thank You. You encouraged me to attend Speech Therapy five days a week from first grade to eighth grade in the Texas Medical Center. After Speech Therapy, you and I would sometimes go to the Waffle House or Denny's. When I wanted to learn how to dance, you taught me how to dance. You taught me how to dance to Country Music, Dance to the 2-step wasp and I learned how to Dance to Polka Music. My greatest memories was when You, Mama, Debbie Joe Joe and I went to the Country Picnics every year when growing up. We would go to the El Campo Picnic, The Nada Picnic and The Mentz Country Picnic. I would Dance to nearly every song. We also went on Family Vacations. We went to Six Flags in Dallas, TX and We would also go to San Antonio, TX. Thank you for encouraging me to have your favorite Bible Verse read on the day of my Wedding Day to your son-in-law, Wes - 1 Corinthians 13:4–8a-(English Standard Version)
Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never ends. I will always remember you and I will hold those memories of you close to my heart. Love, Your Daughter, Diane Kathleen Enbrock-White.
