I was on the board of General Credit Union with Joe. He was a great guy, full of knowledge and always happy and positive. I'm sure his loved ones will miss him.

One of the most amazing people I have ever known. Our Friday nights at the Crow´s Nest listening to big band music are in my memory forever. His boat was the first time my daughter ever took the tiller, a great teacher.

Any community would be definitely enriched to have a Joe Foy working on their behalf. Joe´s life and leadership was conducted with an endless energy.
