Joseph was my mother's first cousin. His loving spirit, radiant smile, and can do attitude enhanced and improved the lives of so many. May his memory be a blessing to our whole family along with the memory of his dear parents and grand parents - to a stroll on the boardwalk, an ice cream soda, and the smell of fresh bread from the bakery around the corner Joseph!

Besides being the "Best" mayor that Eatontown ever had, Joe was a terrific
family man and friend. He and his wonderful wife, Sue, raised two wonderful children. Joe was always friendly and willing to give support when support was needed. He has also been a great grandfather. Joe will be missed by everyone. May God bless his soul and bless his wonderful family.
