Joseph Anthony Hartsfield

On Oct 24, 1976 Joseph Anthony Hartsfield, 46 was born in Channelview, Tx to Harry A. (Tony) Sr. and Helen M. (Johnston) Hartsfield. On Jan 15, 2023 Joseph passed away peacefully due to complications of an ischemic stroke, with his loving wife at his side. His siblings are Harry A. (Beverly) Hartsfield of Weldon, Tx and Jeannie M. Hartsfield of Midway, Tx. He is a beloved grandson, son, brother, nephew, cousin to many, and favored uncle. Joseph was a 1995 graduate of CE King High School, Sheldon, Tx with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice.

On Feb 2, 2022 Joseph was united in marriage to the love of his life, Sarah in Huntsville, Tx. Joseph's children have always been the pride of his life.

Joseph's favorite hobbies were hunting, fishing, riding four wheelers, and being the family clown. He loved to work and play hard. One would be hard pressed to know anyone else more known for his antics and ornery fun loving personality. All of his colleagues and friends would agree that it was always good clean fun so long as HR didn't have to get involved!

Joseph lived life on his own terms, unapologetically, enthusiastically, and always with family in his heart first. Nothing made him happier than huge family gathering, shooting guns, getting dirty, and working on the yard.
