Joe was active for many years in the affairs of the College Park condominium association where he lived. He served in various capacities on the Board of Directors, and instituted many valuable improvements in the building and the way in which it was operated. As one who lived here during Joe's time of service, I cannot adequately express my appreciation for his diligence and good work on behalf of the Towers.

Losing a loved one is never easy.May the love of God and friends give you solace and peace during your great time of sorrow.
