Joe was a pleasure to work with, had a great sense of humor and enjoyed life and his family! The stories of the food he prepared were quite extensive for each holiday to insure that not only everyone was fed but that they each had leftovers to take home. He was a nurturer and is sadly missed. Maria, my thoughts and prayers are with you and I am so sorry to be traveling and not able to attend his services. May the love of friends and family carry you through this most difficult time.
