Dr. Hinich was a very nice man. I met him through my mother, Thandi Gautier, as young child. I visited Utah to do family research years ago and Dr. Hinich picked me up from the airport in this tiny car .. and we went to lunch. I always appreciated how nice he was. God Bless.

I am so sorry to see this news on the internet. I was just trying to locate him to see how he was doing. I met Dr Hinich in 1968. Initially, we had worked in the same office and I became his Dental Hygienist in 1976 to 1993. He was a very good friend and employer. A very kind man indeed.I still have the poem "Imagine" by Erin that he gave to me. He was so proud of you. please accept my deepest sympathy My thought are with you .

I enjoyed working and being on the Granite High Committee with Joe. He was such a delight to be around. To the family, please accept my deepest condolences. Yes, he will be missed. Also, remember he is with his Father In Heaven now.
As Always,

I met Joe several years ago when he was a volunteer in our adult ESL program in Granite School District. He was a wonderful volunteer who came every week and worked so hard to help our beginning students learn English. I remember in particular how he worked so well with an older man who was struggling to pass the U.S. Citizenship exam. It was through Joe's help that this student was able to pass the exam and become a citizen. I have thought about him over the years, and was very sorry to hear of his passing. Please accept my sympathy, and know that Joe touched and was loved by more people than you may know.
