Joseph Hoopes Obituary
Joseph was born on June 30, 1964, the son of the late Charles Hoopes and Lois Stearne.
Joseph was a 1983 graduate of St. James High School in Chester, PA and served honorably in the US Army after his graduation. Following his time in the military, Joseph worked as a mechanic, maintenance person and forklift operator for many years in the Philadelphia and Chicago areas.
In his free time, Joseph enjoyed competing in pool and dart leagues throughout Delaware County and was an avid fan of the Philadelphia Eagles.
Joseph is predeceased by his parents Charles and Lois, as well as his sister Diane Beauchamp.
Joseph is survived by his loving wife Geri (nee Lawrence) Hoopes, his siblings Donna Moore of Tennessee, Karen Lehr of Virginia, Edward Hoopes of Virginia, Barry Hoopes of Arkansas, and Chris Hoopes of Pennsylvania as well as several nieces and nephews.
Services to be held at a later date.
