To the Laird family, my deepest condolences on the passing of Joe, who I worked with at GE for years. A wonderful mentor and a person whom I will always admire, not only for his intellect, but also for his sunny disposition in the face of adversity, especially during those trying times and work or on the job, seemingly never sweating the small stuff. A good motto to live by for all of us. I will miss him a lot.
