Joseph Laurita was my Uncle Joe. I knew him all my life. He was a deeply unselfish man. His thoughts were always of others. I don't think I have ever known a man who loved his wife more than Uncle Joe loved Aunt Terry. He never got over her death. Above all, he loved his family. His sons, their spouses, and his grandchildren were everything to him. I shall miss him. He was an example to us all.

Dear Members of the Laurita Family
My deepest sympathy on the passing of your father Joe. I have any happy memories of he and Teresa and the house in Flushing. I wish I wish I could be there to express my sympathy in person but I am not well myself.I certainly will remember him in prayer.
