Dear Chelsea, So sorry to learn of your dear brother's death. Joey was one of my first and favorite students at the Parker Avenue School. I'll always remember his 'spirited' personality but there was something very endearing about him. I remember you as well, Chelsea, because there are some students a teacher never ever forgets... you were a favorite as well. Shhh! Don't tell anyone. My prayers are with you and your entire family during this difficult time. Joey is now in the arms of our loving God.

Joey was such a great person. He was easy to talk to and he made me laugh evetu time I saw him. He had the brightest most contagious smile. You will be missed my friend.

Joey I will never forget that lil boy growing up on Perron ln I don't even know what to say You will be missed very much joe .Please spend some of your time watching over mom and dad and Donna and of course your son when u meet up with JD give him a hug for me sorry you had to leave us Joey RIP now and forever love Debbie

He was a great kid in neiborhood tallented a bit too brave LoL!! You no boys I am a neibor who watched and observed these kids growing up on Hopeland St I no Joe always playing hoop hanging around watch those racecars being worked on for the races you are Gods Child he looks at the good in people so RIP Joe you where a good boy just a bit fiesty!!!!!
