I am sorry I did not have the chance to reconnect with 'Mr. Mancuso', my Central Jr High custodian during the middle 60's! As a student with interest in theater stage management at the time, I was privileged to spent many hours with him working on technical items relating to such things in his office, in the auditorium and elsewhere. He was a kind teacher of many things, eager to pass along his practical knowledge and he gave me license to move about the facilities at will. No doubt, in my later years we passed each other unknowingly as my wife and I have owned Karen's Fabrics/ Karen's Interiors(and now our children's 'The Drawing Room') in Cos Cob for many decades. I am grateful to have had this unusual one-on-one educational experience. Thank you Mr. Mancuso!
