Very sad to hear of Joe's passing. He was a great guy and it was a pleasure working with him in our old EdTel world.

A kind and gentle soul has gone home. Joe was an inspiring and compassionate co-worker during my career in ED TEL. He will be missed.

I knew and worked with Joe for many years, he was a great guy who, I am sure, will be greatly missed.

Joe and I went way back to the 70's. We were in the same apprenticeship class at NAIT for all 4 training sessions. We remained friends over the years and each followed the progress of the other as we went forward with Ed Tel and Telus. Will miss him. My sincere condolences to his family.

Dear Violet, I happened across this announcement while checking another. I remember Joe and especially his beautiful hair from decades ago in Dovercourt. I also remember you Violet and your smile. You and Joe have been in love for many years and in this crazy world with so many failed marriages I congratulate you for finding your true love. I am sure you will miss Joe dearly. Thankfully you have your family, especially grandchildren (who are always precious) to encourage you in your future. My Sympathy and Blessings to you and your family.

Dear Violet and Family,
We at medical outpatients are so sad to hear of Joe's passing. Joe fought a hard battle, but did it with dignity, determination and much strength. We will miss the visits to our unit and the good times we had. Violet, you walked this journey with Joe every step of the way! You helped with his strength, and we could see how much you love him.
