Dennis and I were so sorry to hear of Joe's Passing. He was an amazing man and we respected and admired him very much. He was always kind and we were blessed to know him through Opera in the Heights. Our prayers go out to Barbara and his children and family.

My father and I at my graduation from Georgetown University School of Foreign Service in Washington, D.C. My father and his whole family were great supporters of education for everyone at a time when females did not have as many opportunities as they do today. He was a good provider in all respects. We miss him already.
