Best science teacher ever! Mr. Murray, I'm working on my master's at USC and we are talking about things being LESS HOT and immediately thought of you. Sad to hear that you've left the Earth, but you are dearly missed. Hope you get this message.

Mr. Murray, I´m sad to hear of your passing. You were a great teacher. It was your classroom that I enjoyed and I remember how happy you were learning I wanted to pursue Astrophysics in college-I even did AP Physics hoping you´d be the teacher but you were not :( I was your student of the month for physics at Vista Murrieta `06 first graduating class and almost for sure I was one of your favorites :). You were one of mine. I´m sorry I never got the opportunity to visit you again after graduation. May you rest in peace and please visit your family in their dreams.

Wow, Mr. Murray was such a great person. I am now a senior in college and I can still recall the days I spent in his classroom studying physics. This man was always smiling, positive, and cracking jokes. I wholeheartedly believe he touched my heart a few days ago as I noticed my brain was digging up old memories of the egg drop experiment in his class and how fun that was. (I also thought of the big Vista fire, having to evacuate and him unlocking his classroom to let my friends and I get our backpacks before being released from school). He was truly a great teacher who put his students first! I also remember how much of a family man he was. Mr. Murray always spoke so highly of his family, everyone can tell how much he loved them. May he rest in peace and his family be showered with love and support.

What a beautiful and loving tribute to Joe. I still can't believe he's with Jesus. Bob and I pray for you all nightly. We pray for you to feel the peace that only He can give.

I'm so sorry we won't be able to attend on the 18th. Julia is getting married the following weekend. I was hoping it would work to be there both weekends but it does not. Know that our hearts and prayers will be with you. We love you all so much

Joe brought so much light to our lives. We are missing his presence every day. His beautiful soul will live in us until we give it back to him in Heaven.
