Dear Mrs. Neeley, Mark and Kristie,
My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time of loss. Mr. Neeley was a beloved grandfather to my niece and nephews, and a good father-in-law to my sister Sharon.
Love to you all,

Dear Agnes, Kristie and Mark,
You are all in my thoughts and prayers. I treasure my happy memories of living in Windy Hill with such great neighbors and for God having placed such wonderful friends right outside mom and dad's doorstep when they moved to Bristol to retire so many years ago.
God surely welcomed J.D. with a rousing "Well done good and faithful servant".
much love and many blessings.

Mr Neeley was a fine man, and a pleasure to be around, I have had dealings with him over the years in regards with his campground permits, and will miss seeing him every year at race time. God Bless .

I am so sorry to hear of Bro. J.D.'s passing. He will be missed by many. I met him as a young girl in Mendota, Va. He was a special friend to my family and a 'chosen grandson' to my Granny Dixon. He also performed the marriage of my daughter and son-in-law. My family buried my father, Arnold Dixon, Sr., last Sunday on Father's Day. Heaven is truly becoming more inviting every day. May God bless and comfort each of you in the days ahead. Eleanor (Dixon) White
