Dear Family and Friends,
I first met Joel when I was probably 16-17 years old; He was guiding and caring for my friend Edward.
Joel was a very kind person with a big heart and he always believed in people, that they would make good choice but if they did not he always held on to hoped and encouraged that we learn from from our mistakes.
He was not just a father, a teacher or a caregiver but he was a great friend! My heart goes out to his whole family and all friends
He will be missed and never forgotten
