How much you are missed one of the first officers and eventually friend when i opened my shop in justice to visit us and always stopping by just to talk about the most random things you were a great friend, a great officer (who cared and wanted to make a difference) and a great human being.

The 22nd will be 3 years since you left us. My heart is so broken. I love you and miss you so, so much. Life is not the same without you Til I see you again.

Hello! My heart breaks for Joe and his family and friends. I was Joe’s 2nd grade teacher, Mrs. Plocharczyk, now Donna Smith. He was a very cute kid! I was so sad to hear of his passing. He and his loved ones will be in my prayers!

I am so sorry for your loss. I remember a time when my mom fell and I called for an ambulance. Joe was one of the Justice police officers who came out to her house. He was very patient and gentle with her and calmed us both down. After talking to him for a bit, I found out he was from my neighborhood Clearing/Garfield Ridge. What a really nice guy. May he rest in peace
