I am the grandson of Joe's sister Rita Dougherty. I was unable to attend the service. My thoughts and prayers all go out to the Rafferty family. RIP Joe.

I am Joe's cousin and was so sorry to hear of his passing. He was a lovely man. Presently, I am out of state and unable to attend his service but wanted you to know that I am thinking of all of you and praying that you find strength to get through this difficult and sad time.
